We want you to love your Piraña Joe Originals. 🐟 If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received them
- With tags still attached and in the original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
How to start a return
- Contact us first at info@piranajoe.com.mx with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason.
- We'll review your case and reply with instructions. Depending on your situation, we may be able to offer you a more convenient option.
- Only ship your return once we've confirmed it. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered (see below).
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 30 days of delivery at info@piranajoe.com.mx, with your order number and photos. We'll make it right, and in these cases you won't pay for return shipping.
Garment-dyed pieces
Our garment-dyed Piraña Joe Originals are made in white and dyed piece by piece after they're sewn, in a true small-batch, artisanal process. That's why every piece has its own unique shade and character. Small color variations between items, or compared with photos, are part of what makes each one special and aren't considered a defect.
Exchanges
The best way to get a different size or design is to return your item following the steps above, and place a new order for the one you want.

European Union: 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same condition requirements above, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little extra time to post it.
